  I had a zoom whitening done using a groupon. I am happy with the results. The bedside manner could have been better. Minutes after I sat down the tech put a mouth guard on me and started the procedure without explaining what was going to exactly happen in the next 45 minutes or what side effects to expect. 20 minutes into the procedure I started feeling sensitivity, which increased to almost unbearable levels. 40 minutes into it I was ready to pull the UV machine out of my mouth because my gums and teeth hurt. Other than that, the results were good.
